Showcase short films that promote and celebrate tourism destinations, experiences and cultures — encouraging filmmakers to create compelling, visually captivating content that inspires travel and highlights the beauty of places around the world.
International Tourism Short Film Festival · 26–27 September
Organised every year by the Parbhanna Foundation and Agro Tourism Vishwa, ITSFF is a national platform celebrating India's local, rural, tribal, eco and agricultural tourism through the short film.
About Us
India has different castes, religions, languages, food culture, living standards, gender, festivals, communities, values and strengths. Tourism is a very important part of the industry worldwide — many countries build their economy solely around it. Development and tourism are two sides of the same coin, and India is a land of celebrations and colours.
The International Tourism Short Film Festival (ITSFF) is organised every year on the 26th & 27th of September by the Parbhanna Foundation and Agro Tourism Vishwa, working to boost tourism in the country and take it to a different level. It is an initiative by Mr Ganesh Chappalwar, Chairman of Parbhanna Foundation and founder of Agro Tourism Vishwa.
Through ITSFF, the festival is organised with the intention that people from all over India should nurture, experience, write and read about the various forms and shades of tourism — creating a platform to promote local tourism, rural tourism, tribal tourism, eco-tourism and agricultural tourism.
Tourism is not just an industry for us — it's a way to show the world the soul of rural, tribal and agricultural India, and to bring real, lasting benefit to the communities who call these places home.
